HW Virtual Serial Port - download free tcp/ip serial port driver
The Virtual serial port driver for Windows is a software tool, which adds a virtual Comm port to the system as for example COM5 and all the data from this port are re-directed to the other HW device. The Virtual serial port is mostly used if connecting some RS-232 serial link by USB or Ethernet.
This took some finding.
