I would like a Windows based version of AIM sniff too. I would recomend Network Activ to view packets of data and even view MSN and Yahoo messages, but it is a bit hard to follow. Search Google for Network Activ. That's right, no E. someone please e-mail me at b_young86@netzero.com if you find a windows based version of AIM sniff.

You can make AIM sniff run on windows by doing 2 things.. (read teh readme, it explains how), all I remember is that you have to get perl and something else running.. but its been done. Or you can do what I did, use linux. First time? Use Knoppix or Redhat )Knoppix runs off a bootable cd), they're easy to understand.. like windows.

So, ProjectEOS is now over, and i'm wondering where i may be able to get it. Anyone here know of any sources? It's no longer on SuprNova, and Kazaa is shooting blanks. my Sig2Dat connecting has been swinging and missing for a while to.

Project EOS v1 (ISO IMAGE) http://www.projecteos.tk/

Also here is the link for it on eMule (http://emuleplus.tk/)

ed2k://|file|ProjectEOSv1.iso|571772928|B409EE81A4DF44034F7F734784C4FF1A|/

Copy and paste that into emule and start downloading, it'll be awhile but u will eventually get it, i'm at 37.9% right now)...

Posted by: PimpinHondaCivic at March 9, 2004 07:44 PM

I am now hosting the file on eMule. So anyone that wants it it will be there and it'll be fast! (As long as you have the right ports opened on your firewall for emule and that you don't have a LOW ID!!!

Posted by: PimpinHondaCivic at March 11, 2004 11:47 AM

im downloading it but, only one person is letting me so it will take likea day, and they dont even have the whole thing.

Posted by: holyshyt at March 11, 2004 07:23 PM

Do you know how emule works, obviously not.

You will eventually get the whole file. Let it go. People don't "let" you download, you always download, they have no control over that. If you have to wait in line, then that's what you have to do. Also you might want to connect to a better server like RazorBack or ProbenPrinze.de

How do you think I felt when I was downloading it? There were 3 people sharing and I was 2000+ in line everytime a part finished.

So wait it out if you want it, if you don't then stop wasting people's bandwidth and cancel it. It's on Bit Torrent too, i posted it there, dunno if it's still up (www.suprnova.org)

Don't complain about things, because you're probably not sharing anything yourself.

Also, it's not worth it downloading, you can find the programs that are on the cd on google anyways...so find a list of what's on the cd and download things indivdually.

Ass

Take a like a day!?!?!?! Wow, it too me 1 1/2 weeks to get it! Most things on emule take over a day unless the file is popular.

Are you that dumb? lol sad really.

Posted by: PimpinHondaCivic at March 16, 2004 03:13 AM

i am in the process of converting everything from Linix to window xp using perl, i'll have it in about a day or two

I'm known as gnomeboy on the aimsniff forums and there is a windows version. has been since about august of 2003, you just need to look over the forums. and for all the people who said my instructions were too difficult, 1. they arne't nessicary any longer, and 2. if you can't handle them, you can't handle the program itsself.
